Tokyo Sexual Health (TSH) is an initiative committed to fostering a society where all individuals, regardless of their sexual identity, can pursue sexual health and rights with dignity, equality, and respect for diversity.

Launched in 2019 as part of an STI prevention program in preparation for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, TSH aims to transform its achievements into a legacy through sustained, impactful activities.

Despite global progress, the prevalence of STIs such as HIV and syphilis remains a significant challenge. Addressing this requires not only widespread dissemination of knowledge but also an inclusive platform where everyone can collaborate and share innovative ideas to enhance access to care and support.

Sexual health is often stigmatized, making it essential to foster open dialogue and provide accessible, trusted spaces for consultation. Inspired by the core values of "Diversity and Inclusion" championed by the Olympic and Paralympic Games, this ethos underpins all of TSH's efforts.

TSH is firmly committed to respecting diverse sexual identities, combating all forms of discrimination, and contributing to a society where everyone can equally pursue their sexual health and rights. This vision aligns seamlessly with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) principle of "leaving no one behind."

In pursuit of this mission, society organizations, healthcare providers, private sector stakeholders, and international bodies such as UNAIDS. Our initiatives include research, public awareness campaigns, policy advocacy, and diverse programs aimed at advancing sexual health.

Through these collective efforts, we work to create a world where sexual health and rights are universally acknowledged and accessible, ensuring that every individual can live with dignity and equality.
